Users can be added and removed from the settings page.

Key information

  1. To join an existing account, users MUST be invited.
  2. There is no limit to the number of users per account.
  3. Users can be suspended, but not removed.
  4. Suspended users cannot access the account.

Adding a user

Note: To join an existing account, users MUST be invited. Failing to do so will result in a duplicate account. If a duplicate is created, contact product support to have it deleted.

To add a user to your account:

  1. Open the Settings page by clicking the gear icon in the main navigation.
  2. In the Members section, click + Add new user.

Removing a user

To remove a user from your account:

  1. Open the Settings page by clicking the gear icon in the main navigation.
  2. In the Members section, click Suspend next to an active user.
