Eligibility rules let you set hard requirements for a job, like location. Applicants who don't meet them are marked Ineligible and aren't scored, so you can focus on candidates who can actually take the role, and use fewer credits.

💡
Tip: Set eligibility rules before you score a job for the first time. Applicants who are scored before a rule is added have already used credits.

Use eligibility rules only for true deal-breakers; preferences belong in criteria. See Set up a job for the best results.
