Each job includes an Analytics panel that shows average scores by stage and how candidates are distributed across stages and scores.

Analytics help you quickly understand applicant quality, stage-by-stage scoring trends, and where candidates are concentrated in the hiring pipeline.

Key information

  1. Analytics are impacted by candidate filters. To view analytics for your entire applicant pool, remove all filters before viewing analytics.

Accessing analytics

To access job and scoring analytics:

  1. Open the All Jobs page.
  2. Select the job that you want to view analytics for.
  3. Click the Analytics button in the top right corner of the page.

Score distribution

Score distribution shows how scores are distributed across all job applicants. This allows you to quickly see how qualified your applicant pool is.

Tip: If the majority of your applicants are scoring too low or too high, try adjusting your scoring criteria to be more or less specific.

Average score by stage

Average score by stage calculates the average score for all candidates in a given hiring stage.

Tip: If score averages are higher for earlier hiring stages and lower for later hiring stages, collect hiring notes from your team and use the criteria generation feature to realign scoring criteria.
