Passive sourcing searches an external talent database for candidates who are not in your applicant pool or your ATS, using the scoring criteria you have already set for the job.

Sourced candidates are scored by the same model as your applicants, so they arrive ranked and explained in the same candidate list you already work from.

Key information

  1. Sourcing is a platform add-on. To enable, contact [email protected].
  2. Three credits are used for each fully sourced candidate. One credit to find the candidate and two credits to reveal a sourced candidate’s email address.
  3. Sourcing runs only when you click Source Candidates on a job.
  4. Turn on continuous sourcing to replace candidates as you mark them as interested or remove them.
  5. Each search returns up to 50 candidates by default. You can change the list size (25 to 200) while continuous sourcing is on.
  6. Sourced candidates must meet the job’s eligibility rules.
