Candidates are sorted from highest to lowest by score. Search and filters are an additional layer on top of candidate scores, helping you disqualify or qualify candidates for a job.

Key information

  1. Candidates can be searched by name, most recent job title, or most recent company.
  2. Multiple filters can be applied at one time.
  3. All candidates matching current filters can be rejected or moved to a different stage.

Search for a candidate

Search helps you find candidates by name, most recent job title, or most recent company.

To search for a candidate:

  1. Open the All Jobs page.
  2. Select the job containing the candidate you want to search for.
  3. Click the Search icon above the candidate list.
  4. Enter a candidate’s name, most recent job title, or most recent company.

To remove a search:

  1. Click the “X” to clear out the search field.
  2. Click the Search icon to close the search field.

Filtering candidates

  1. Open the All Jobs page.
  2. Select the job containing the candidate you want to filter for.
  3. Select a filter above the candidate list.
