SquarePeg regularly downloads new ATS data to keep your account in sync. ATS sync status is displayed through the app. If necessary, ATS data can also be downloaded anytime on demand.

Key information

1. New ATS data is automatically downloaded every three hours.
2. You can download new ATS data, anytime, on demand.
3. Rejections and stage changes from SquarePeg are updated immediately in your ATS and do not require an ATS data sync.

View ATS sync status

ATS sync status can be viewed in two places:

1. At the bottom of the All jobs page.
2. At the bottom of the Settings page.

Download new ATS data on demand

To download new ATS data on demand:

1. View ATS sync status on the All jobs or Settings page.
2. Click the spinner icon next to ATS sync status.

When a manual data sync is initiated, the ATS sync status will display a Sync in progress message. When completed, the ATS sync status will show the last sync data and time.
