Candidate rediscovery searches your entire ATS for qualified past applicants based on your scoring criteria. Because every candidate in your ATS is enriched with their most recent work experience, recent career changes are reflected in rediscovery results.

Key information

1. Rediscovery is a platform add-on. To enable, contact [email protected].
2. One scoring credit is used for each candidate rediscovered.
3. Enable automatic rediscovery to rediscover candidates as soon as a job is scored.
4. Enable continuous rediscovery to rediscover candidates as existing ones are invited/removed.
5. For each rediscovery search, 200 candidates are returned.

Enable candidate rediscovery

To enable candidate rediscovery:

1. Open the All Jobs page.
2. Select the job you want to enable rediscovery for.
3. Ensure scoring criteria is set for the selected job.
4. Click the Rediscovered tab in the filter options.
5. Click Enable Rediscovery.

Invite a rediscovered candidate to apply

Inviting a rediscovered candidate to apply will:

• Open their candidate record in your ATS in a new tab.
• Mark them as “invited” in SquarePeg.

To invite a rediscovered candidate to apply:

1. Click Invite to Apply in the candidate action bar.
