Candidate scores are calculated by comparing job criteria and enriched resumes. Job criteria can be entered manually or automatically generated from your job description and hiring notes.
Candidates can be rescored by adding, removing, or modifying criteria. There is no limit to how often candidates can be rescored.
Key information

- Criteria can include specific company data like industry, year founded, number of employees, company type (private or public), estimate revenue, and latest funding.
- Criteria can relate to specific screening questions. (Tip: SquarePeg will use a screening question answer to determine the criteria’s score if a specific screening question is mentioned along with an example of your desired answer.)
