Key information

1. Candidate scores are calculated by comparing job criteria and enriched resumes.
2. For transparency, enriched data is clearly displayed on every candidate profile.
3. Enrichment adds company context to resumes. It does not modify original resume data.

Viewing enriched data

To view a candidate’s enriched resume:

1. Open a candidate profile.
2. Scroll to the Enriched resume section.
3. Expand any previous work experience.
4. Scroll to view enriched company data.

Work experience summaries

A summary is created for each work experience. This allows you to quickly understand a candidate’s individual work experiences and overall career path.

Enriched company data

Each work experience is enriched with the following company data:

1. Description
2. Industries
3. Year Founded
4. Employee Count
