Key information

1. To an existing account, users must be invited. Accounts can have unlimited users.
2. Users can be suspended, but not removed. Suspended users cannot access accounts.
3. Roles determine what permissions users have throughout the platform.
4. Job access determines which jobs a user can see.

User roles

Users roles are controlled from the users and roles page.

Admins

Users with admin-level permissions have no platform limitations.

Users

Users with user-level permissions cannot:

• Invite or suspend users.
• Modify user roles.
• Modify job access.

Viewers

Users with viewer-level permissions cannot:

• Invite or suspend users.
• Modify user roles.
• Modify job access.
• Generate, add, edit, remove, or save scoring criteria.
