If all applicant scores are blurred out, that is because the job you’re viewing doesn’t have scoring criteria saved yet. SquarePeg cannot score candidates without criteria.

Most of the time, resumes are structured PDFs or word documents, which allow SquarePeg to extract resume text. However, sometimes applicant resumes are essentially a flattened image “pretending” to be a word document or PDF, which prevent SquarePeg from extracting data.

No, you cannot manually upload resumes or create candidates in SquarePeg that are not in your ATS. However, as a workaround, you could create a specific pipeline stage (e.g. “Prospects”) in your ATS and add candidates who have not yet applied. After syncing your ATS data to SquarePeg, those candidates would be scored.
